Tiger Private are in search for a full-time Live-in Housekeeper for a house in Coastal Devon. A 2 bedroom cottage with separate entrance near the house will be provided.The principal resides in the 10-bedroom home approximately 50% of the time, often hosting his grown-up children and guests. The estate includes working dogs, but there are currently no pets inside the house. It operates as a fully functional estate. We areseeking a confident and detail-oriented individual proficient in all aspects of housekeeping to maintain the home at an exceptional standard.You will be responsible for the daily and deep cleaning of the household and ensure it is always tidy and presentable.Making beds, cleaning bathrooms and all areas of the house. You will also be responsible for wardrobe management, laundry, ironing, organising cupboards and ensuring that the home is generally well presented and cared for.The position also encompasses cooking duties, requiring a skilled and enthusiastic cook capable of preparing family-style, healthy Mediterranean meals. Occasionally, the menu may include game from the estate and produce from the vegetable garden. During theowners presence, the cook is responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and leaving dinner. When guests are present, the expectation is to cater to group meals with time off in the afternoon. Your usual hours will be 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. When the owner is in residence you are expected to work flexible days and hours, and work weekends too, but with time off later to make up. You should be happy to be flexible, but propertime off in lieu and holidays will of course be included.Applicants should possess excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine enjoyment of cooking and preparing healthy meals.
