Mr Resistor has been established since 1968 and has been at the forefront of every major lighting innovation. The company takes pride in providing tailored lighting solutions to all our customers and been able to solve problems no one else can. The company has an established lighting design team that work on a wide variety of lighting project across the world, from residential to commercial.Two positions are available for a Experience lighting designer and a Junior Lighting Designer to join the Mr Resistor design team. Responsibilities will include working on projects in a team and independently, providing technical help and advice to customers and visiting clients for lighting designs. The applicant will be expected to complete projects from initial conception to final completion.The applicant should be familiar with the lighting design process, having worked in lighting design for at least 1 year. They should have a good understanding of different light fittings and the effects they produce, as well as a technical understanding of how they work. The applicant should be able to communicate their ideas with clients and explain the advantage of different lighting types to aid in the decision process.
