Job Description

Our client isa global investment bank renowned for their expertise in leveraged finance. By joining them, you willbe a part of a high-performing team thats shaping the future of finance.As a Leveraged Finance professional, you will be an integral member of the team, contributing to the execution and management of complex leveraged finance transactions. Your role will involve collaborating with senior professionals, conducting in-depth financialanalysis, and contributing insights that shape investment decisions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior team members to analyze and structure leveraged finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence to assess potential investment opportunities.
  • Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor data to provide insights that support investment strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, pitch materials, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain financial models to monitor investment performance, cash flows, and risk exposures.
  • Perform credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers and manage credit risk.
  • Foster relationships with clients, investors, and partners, representing the companys commitment to excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and emerging trends in leveraged finance.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent quantitative skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for excellence.
