An excellent opportunity has emerged for a specialist Lettings Co-Ordinator to join one of Badenoch and Clarks leading housing clients in a temporary contract role until the end of March 2021. The Lettings team is based in the Oxford office but this will be a full time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday) remote working role. Due to the increasing number of voids, the lettings team are looking for a lettings officer to cover the Pre-tenancy assessments, viewings and sign ups of successful applicants from the Local Authority. You will be supporting the lettings team during the whole lettings process; from handling enquiries to administering tenant applications. The client is keen to recruit a candidate with the following experience/knowledge of: *Lettings experience obtained from either the public or private sector. *Be the first point of contact for potential tenants; responding to telephone calls about listed properties in addition to guiding them through the sign up process.*Identifying, advising and informing eligible individuals of available properties offered directly by the housing association. *Preparing information on available properties and ensuring it is entered onto the relevant computer systems in an accurate and timely way. *Updating the property portals (Rightmove & Zoopla) and our website to ensure all upcoming properties are listed on the market.*Assigning nominations to properties effectively and efficiently. *Assisting in the allocation of intermediate and specialist forms of housing, such as shared ownership, key worker accommodation, self-build schemes, older peoples accommodation and disabled accommodation. *Providing advice to applicants on the lettings process and their opportunities for rehousing. *Contacting applicants by letter, telephone and/or e-mail to inform them of offers of accommodation. *Maximising the revenue on properties and minimising voids whilst delivering excellent customer service and implementing the companys allocation policy and process. *Participating with project work and being able to carry out administration in support of senior management team meetings.Only applicants who feel they meet the above criteria need apply for this post.
