Job Description

This privately owned property company is looking for a confident lettings negotiator to join their residential department where youll be involved with both the letting and management of a portfolio of around 500 units in Central London and surrounding suburbs.Working closely with the department manager youll be:

  • Helping the AST Property Manager run a portfolio of residential properties across London
  • Working with external letting agencies regarding any properties out of London
  • Instructing contractors to undertake refurbishment and repair works
  • Dealing with lettings including advertising and showing properties to tenants
  • Handling day to day property management queries such as repairs
  • Attending weekly meetings with the marketing team
  • Dealing with AST compliance including rent deposits
  • Responding to daily email enquiries
