Job Description

Lettings Client Accountant Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum + commissionLocation: South West London + hybrid workingPosition Type: Full-time, permanentOur client, one of Londons leading estate agencies, are looking for a Lettings Client Accountant to join their busy team.They are looking for someone with at least 6 months experience in a property management type administration role, dealing with lettings invoices and arrears.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage uploading and updating tenancy details on the accounting system
  • Ensure queries from tenants and landlords are handled in good time
  • Responsibility for tracking and chasing tenant rental arrears and reporting issues to the landlord
  • Provide payment details and ensuring they are updated and compliant
  • Understand and assist with NRL tax
  • Assist the Property Management and Lettings teams with financial enquiries
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • At least 12 months experience in a property management type administration role, dealing with lettings invoices and arrears
  • MUST have intermediate or advanced Excel skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and clients
  • Excellent written and spoken English
