Job Description

A boutique and dynamic property company is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to join their team and advise institutional funds, family offices, and banks on a diverse portfolio of leisure, retail and healthcare properties.A number of seniority levels are being considered for this role.The key duties will include:

  • Responsibility for providing detailed Valuation reports using Argus and Excel, for properties including leisure, pubs, clubs, and elderly care homes.
  • Be responsible for nationwide valuations, with particular knowledge in central and Greater London and the South East.
  • Responsibility for liaising with banks for loan security purposes, as well as liaising with operating companies and landowners for restructuring, balance sheet, taxation, compulsory purchase, dispute resolution and many other purposes.
  • Advising on both portfolio and single asset valuations, on behalf of a range of clients including funds, family offices, and banks.
  • Providing Expert Witness reports in respect of property and business valuation matters for a variety of purposes including matrimonial and business disputes.
    • The successful candidate will have existing Valuation experience and will ideally be MRICS, and a RICS accredited valuer.Please apply with your most recent CV if you are interested in this role.
