If youre successful, youll join one of Legal & Generals well-regarded Investment teams, which playsa pivotal role in our continued success. Starting 1st July, your internship will last for 8 weeks. This programme is a pipeline for our Graduate Programme (although successful completion of the Summer Programme does not guarantee that a graduate role is available). Please note, we can only accept 1 application per person across all of our intern programmes. Therefore, please think carefully about the programme you intend to apply for. Your first application will be considered as your only application. #FutureTalent Job DescriptionYou will be assigned to our Urban Regeneration team within Legal & General Capital (LGC) for your 8-week placement which runs throughout July and August. You will also take part in an induction week designed to introduce you to L&G and help prepare you forthe remainder of the internship. Over the course of the internship, you will have the chance to interact with different teams, hear from senior speakers and network with your fellow interns. Some of the day-to-day activities you may experience might include:

• Performing research and due diligence tasks to support decision making
• Collating information for reporting
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations for meetings
• Liaising with key stakeholders and improving team processes with fresh perspectives and ideas
• Most importantly you will be learning new skills and gaining knowledge of how our business works!

About the Business AreaLegal and General Capital (LGC) seeks opportunities to deploy capital in sectors where there is a lack of investment to support societys needs. LGC invests in sectors such as housing, specialist commercial property, clean energy and SME Finance and is an exciting,growing and evolving part of the L&G Group. The Urban Regeneration (UR) teams purpose is to invest Group capital into improving the built environment in cities that have seen relatively low recent investment, including supporting the governments "Build Back Better" and "Levelling Up" initiatives. TheUR team has investments in various properties (including office, residential, retail, media and science) in cities across the UK (such as Manchester, Cardiff and Oxford). QualificationsFirst and foremost, we are looking for people in their penultimate year at university with an inquisitive mind and a desire to learn. Were not expecting prior industry experience, but well want to see that you have the tools to develop quickly. These include:

• On track for a 2.1 Degree preferably in Real Estate
• In your penultimate of University (i.e. graduating in 2025)
• Curious, motivated and have a desire to learn more about a career in Urban Regeneration!
• Analytical mind-set
• Great communication skills
• Flexible and a team-player
• High levels of energy, dynamism and commitment
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
