SENIOR PRIVACY COUNSEL, EMEAGLOBAL MEDIA COMPANYLONDON13 MONTHS’ MATERNITY COVERSTART ASAPCompetitive base car allowance bonus and benefitsWe are working with a world-leading entertainment company to find a Senior Privacy Counsel to join the EMEA legal team as maternity cover.This role will have fantastic scope across a wide range of business segments, such as Entertainment (eg. Studios and Production), Travel (eg. Cruise Lines) and People Management. We are looking for significant depth of experience in UK/EMEA focussed privacywork, across advisory, contractual and implementation/regulation matters.Responsibilities will include developing and deploying privacy policies, accountability for data protection requirements and overseeing compliance with legal and corporate policies related to the collection and governance of personal information from customersand employees across the UK and EMEA.Based out of the London HQ 4 days per week, the successful candidate will work closely and strategically with senior stakeholders and will present a high level of gravitas and relationship building skills.This is a brilliant opportunity to take on a varied and exciting role at a much loved and successful brand. The Privacy function is highly regarded and respected internally within the company and the team is at the top of their game. They have close workingrelationships with several top international firms and lawyers with training or experience in similar law firms will be a good fit.
