IP COUNSELICONIC HERITAGE FASHION BRANDCAMDEN & WFHWe are working with an iconic British heritage brand, which has been famous for decades throughout the world. The role will have a broad IP remit, the vast majority of which will be non-contentious focussing on IP related contracts. Examples of the work the team deals with could be product launchingagreements, collaboration agreements, marketing and licensing agreements, assignments and brand protection matters.To succeed, you need to be passionate about IP: this is a team of IP specialists, who set the global IP strategy and work with the best external lawyers globally. You need good contract drafting/negotiation skills and experience in the areas above. You maybe in a law firm looking to move in-house to an IP role, or have prior in-house experience.
