City of Portsmouth College has been formed by the merger of Portsmouth College and Highbury College and was formally constituted on 1 August 2021. The newly formed College will give students of all ages even greater flexibility with their programmes andaccess to dedicated subject facilities at the different campus locations. Set work, assess and grade submissions in line with awarding body criteria and requirements. Own your course and look for opportunities to develop the learning experience and introduce additionallearning interventions. This position is for 35 hours (23 hours teaching, 12 hours prep) 52 weeks per year based at our Highbury campus. You will need to have experience in Public Services and Sports No teaching qualification is required but you must be willingto work towards and gain relevant teaching qualifications which will be sponsored and supported by the college. Experience of teaching preferably in Public Service and/or Sports would be an advantage but not essential.
