36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (job share/part time would also be considered) £32,732 - £39,096 per annum We are excited to be able to offer an opportunity to work with the college and its students to support and deliver the Forest and Arboriculturecurriculum within our campus based at Easton. As a Lecturer within the department, you will deliver Forest and Arboriculture related subjects to students on Further Education programmes. This is likely to include a mix of practical teaching as well as classroom-basedtheory sessions. The successful candidate will have industry experience in a relevant sector, a Level 3 FE Arboriculture qualification and NPTC qualifications in · Chainsaw · Tree Climbing and Arial rescue · Tree felling up to 380mm If you have experiencewithin these areas, are highly motivated and passionate about supporting others to develop, wed love to hear from you. You should be a confident communicator who is people-focused and able to build relationships quickly. This should be in addition to yourstrong organisational ability and self-reliance. Experience of training and/or a teaching qualification would be an asset, but we are happy to work with the successful applicant(s) to train and develop the necessary skills in these areas. The role is basedin our dedicated land-based campus at Easton College in the village of Easton, close to Norwich and main transport routes of the A47 and A11.
