Post Title: Lecturer / Course Manager in Agricultural EngineeringResponsible to: Curriculum Area ManagerSalary: £25,080 - £34,578 per annum (L6 - L14) Status: Full time, PermanentPurpose of the job: To provide accessible and high-quality learning experiencesto meet the needs of the customer within agricultural engineering.Join our Land-based Engineering team and use your knowledge and skills to help our students to achieve their ambitions and contribute to the development of new curriculum opportunities, as weseek to expand our training provision.If you are highly motivated with a "can do" attitude and maybe starting out in your teaching career with a desire to develop yourself even further in a varied role, then this could be the job for you.We are looking fora highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong industry, technical experience and knowledge of teaching and learning practices. The desired candidate would have the ability to teach the following subject areas, transmission types, farming machinery,engines, hydraulics, tractor technology, electrics, and fabrication skills.Please note, you must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence to support this. This role constitutes regulated activity as defined by the Protectionof Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment.Closing Date: Midnight on the 26th July 2021Assessment Centre date: TBC
