One of Badenoch & Clarks leading Housing Association clients based in South-West London is looking to recruit a car driving Leasehold Property Management Officer on a 3-6 month temporary assignment. This is a full time role (35 hours per week, Mondayto Friday)Experience of front line customer services, leasehold management and a working knowledge of service charges would be ideal from the clients perspective.The successful candidate must have previous experience of:* Providing a responsive front line customer service in line with service expectations and key performance indicators.* Maintain accurate records of property management and resident related data.* Providing a customer focused property management service to home owners, including front line customer services, estate management, contractor performance monitoring, casework and other related services.* Setting and monitoring service charge expenditure.* Dealing with enquiries regarding estate/building/individual services.* Providing advice on leasehold and freehold ownership matters.* Collecting and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and property management data.Experience of working for a Local Authority or Housing Association client is preferable, but not essential. The role is working from home, but you will be required to attend site/property visits in the local area (Wandsworth) throughout the working week.
