This unique opportunity involves providing 1:1 support to a Year 4 student with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), startingon January 10th.Key Responsibilities:As a Learning Support Assistant in this role, you will:

  1. Work closely with the identified Year 4 student, offering tailored 1:1 support to meet their needs.
  2. Implement effective strategies to address challenges associated with Autism Spectrum Condition.
  3. Collaborate with the teaching team to create an inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:To succeed as a Learning Support Assistant, you should have:
  1. Proven experience in a Learning Support Assistant role, showcasing your expertise.
  2. Specialised skills in providing 1:1 support, particularly with students facing challenges related to Autism Spectrum Condition.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with the teaching team.
Qualifications:To be eligible for this Learning Support Assistant position, candidates should have:
  1. Relevant qualifications in Education or Learning Support.
  2. A valid DBS check is mandatory.
