It requires knowledge of the overall system and focuses on the direct application and improvement of systems.Application/EnergyConsistently displays a positive and engaged manner • Motivated, consistently works to best of ability to meet performance criteria • Strives to do things significantly betterKnowledgeKnowledge of: • Learning Technologies and Ecosystems (LMS, LCMS, LXP, LRSetc) • Learning theories and instructional design models, such as, but not exclusive to, ADDIE • Understand and apply Learning Design Frameworks (Skills Mapping, Curriculum, Development, Delivery & Measurement) to define appropriate learning & performance support solutions considering the full range of Workplace (70%), Social-Peer(20%) and formal (10%) learning opportunities • Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management and resource planning • Comprehend complex technical topics and specialised informationTechnical Skills •Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision • Experience of managing a PMO office • Experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a project with project teams of 2 to 15 people • Experience of project management using AGILE or PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects • Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies • Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment • Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project • Experience of Programme and project level financial management • Experience of defining and delivering benefits realisation for projects and programme • Training and coaching of Project Managers and PMO staff • Knowledgeable and experienced in efficient Change Management methodsJanuary 2021 Start
