The Role: Were looking for a Learning Experience Designer, on a 2 year fixed term contract/secondment based in our London office - with scope for hybrid working, both from home and the office. A bit about our team... the Learning Design and Digital Production team are a group of learning specialists within Global Assurance Quality - Learning & Education (GAQ - L&E). We create blended learning solutions for the PwC global network of firms. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning theory, best practice instructional design methods and learning development processes. They will have experience of working on interactive / innovative elearning solutions, from initialideas generation through to launch, including facilitating design meetings, advising on the best development tool for the job and working closely with Subject Matter Champions (SMCs) throughout the cycle. They will also be able to effectively communicate ideasvisually and use basic graphic packages (e.g. MS Visio, PowerPoint) to create mock-ups and simple images etc. Experience of working on other digital / non digital learning modalities will also be an advantage, though not a requirement.
