About usAre you an experienced Learning & Development professional looking for a new challengeLooking to work for a company offering variety in your working day and opportunities for professional development Consider the role of a Learning & Development - Digital Learning Developer at Reed in Partnership!Reed in Partnership are on a mission to be the partner of choice for developing people and their communities. We are a public service provider specialising in skills training for the long-term unemployed, working with employers and providing youth services. Our Learning & Development department ensures all staff are fully trained and have opportunities for Continued Professional Development.ResponsibilitiesWorking in our well established team, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities focusing on different areas of development.Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain effective, quality checked, and user tested digital learning products.
  • Drive engagement with digital learning within Reed in Partnership.
  • Ensure our existing library of digital learning courses is kept up to date and current following changes to our industry and business.
  • Work with various partners and support in the filming and creation of innovative and engaging videos.
  • Work with the rest of the Learning & Development Team to drive engagement and share skills
  • Work with the rest of the Digital Learning Team to identify and implement methods of improving the learning experience using learning technologies.
  • Stay current with e-learning and learning technology trends.

But we’ll support you every step of the way with regular 1-1s, career development opportunities and annual salary reviews.Skills & ExperienceEssential Criteria:
  • A portfolio of previous digital design work
  • Articulate 360, Audacity, Animate, Camtasia, Powtoon, Abode Captivate, Elucidate, Canva experience
  • Creative or design background within Digital Tech environment
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
  • Desirable Criteria:
  • Previous experience in Welfare to Work or ESF/SFA funded organisations
  • Experienced L&D Practitioner holding a CIPD/coaching qualification
  • Experience of designing online learning/instructional design/digital content development
  • Experience of social/collaborative learning
  • Member of external L&D interest groups or professional bodies
