You will also take an active role in developing and delivering a range of development activitiesto meet team and business need.You will be the first point of contact for colleague queries into the L&D team, so it is paramount that you are a real ambassador of our values and demonstrate an on-going commitment to continuous professional development.For more information please download our job profile available on our website. For this role, we require 3 x Learning and Development Partners based in the North, Midlands and South of England.More about youYou will have a real interest in learning and development and will have experience working in a similar role within a Learning & Development or HR environment and will have ideally completed your CIPD level 3. You will play an active role in the continuousdevelopment of our learning and development.Due to the nature of the role you will also have previous experience working within a busy environment where you have had to process a high volume of work. We need you to be able to demonstrate that you are highly organised with the ability to manage multiplepriorities. Ideally with some experience using and managing an online learning system and developing your own creative training sessions.You will pride yourself on your attention to detail, flare for showing initiative and enjoy engaging with key stake holders and colleagues across the business on the phone, in person and via email.
