We train everyone from rookies to experienced recruiters. This role is very progressiveas the learning never stops! As our consultants grow and progress so do our learning, development, and training. You will be constantly engaged in advancing the training programs as our consultants progress through the business.
  • You will be working with the Head of Performance and Development
  • You will be in charge of coordinating and delivering training so our consultants can be the best in the industry
  • You will be creative in organising/ assisting the delivery of a personalised training to all the consultants
  • You will have responsibility for the coordination and administration of a range of learning and development activities and projects
  • You will ensure the development and maintenance of robust learning and development systems and processes.
  • Organising and coordinating internal and external trainers to meet the needs of the organisation, building professional working relationships with them.
  • Liaising with colleagues and management to communicate training availability and report and specialist training requests
  • Responding timeously to email requests for assistance or training requirements via the central L&D email inbox
  • Provide support and complete project work as requested
