Learning and Development Consultant: This Prestige Business Travel company are recruiting for an experience Learning and Development Consultant, either office based in London or hybrid. Paying up to £45K.Learning and Development Consultant, Responsibilities:- Looking after all elements of the learning cycle, with the opportunity to implement your ideas.- Identify capability needs to support learning priories across the organisation, using a performance consulting approach.- Use a blend of learning approaches in your design and delivery of learning programmes, including face-2-face, digital, social collaborative and coaching.- Use a variety of coaching techniques- Gather and analyse data to support the evaluation and impact of learning programmes. Learning and Development Consultant, Skills Required:- Strong previous experience in a L&D role, ideally within a global company.- A degree or equivalent professional qualification in L&D / OD / HRM- A recognised coaching qualification- A background in delivering learning solutions within a service-driven environment. - Instructional design, facilitation, and training delivery skills with evidence of application across international contexts- Experience of working with eLearning authoring and video editing software, including Articulate 360, Camtasia and Vyond.- A strong understanding of adult learning theories and methodologies that underpin effective learner engagement, learning transfer and impact.
