Job Description

Reed in Partnership is a public service provider specialising in skills training for the long-term unemployed, increasing employment opportunities by working with employersand providing youth services.What is the role aboutThe Administrator post supports the onboarding of new staff members in relation to all induction activities and the completion of role related training. In addition, the post provides ongoing support in the use of a number of key business systems for Co-Members.The Administrator provides excellent customer service, mainly by telephone, to a range of stakeholders; maintains data on a number of databases and liaises with managers to ensure people are fully trained and compliant.The Administrator will have excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, experience in providing excellent telephone-based customer service and will be able to input data at speed and with a high degree of accuracy.Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will includeOnboardingThe administrator has a pivotal role to play in the onboarding of new Co-Members to the business and in supporting them during their first month with the organisation

  • Recording attendance at induction training
  • Registering new starters for mandatory e-learning on My Learning Hub – LMS 365
  • Registering new starters on the Online Career Centre
  • Assigning licences for First Aid Training, Better of Calculations and Readiness to Change
MonitoringThe Administrator supports the management team to ensure that all Co-Members are up to date with required training
  • Running reports to analyse training completion rates
  • Following up on non-compliance
  • Recording all training completion
  • Running reports to analyse service user usage of the Online Career Centre
  • Liaising with apprenticeship learners to check progress and flag issues to Associate Director of L&D
Ongoing SupportThe Administrator has a key role in ensuring that all Co-Members are supported to ensure that they can complete their roles to the best of their potential
  • Booking external training courses for Co-Members when required
  • Supporting with password and access issues with online platforms
  • Promoting best practice use of the Online Career Centre
  • Processing movers and leavers
  • Answer general queries in the team’s shared inbox
  • Supporting with enrolments for Level 2 AEB Distance Learning courses
  • Supporting with smooth running of the Head Office environment – taking deliveries, troubleshooting with printers, filling the coffee machine etc
