As part of this their change & technology capability is undergoing improvement to ensure its agile enough to operate within the sector as it further transforms.The Head of Change requires a senior change leader to operate as a second in command & run the Programme Management Function. The role is a strategic position working closely with the head of change to build & implement business strategy through delivery within the organisation. The work will involve; product upgrades, digitalisation, process improvement & improving their delivery framework.The role will require the leader to be hands on in delivery at points however lead from a management perspective with direct line management of 10+ staff.This is a senior position with the business looking for an experienced change leader who is both strategic, has run functions whilst managing a complex stakeholder community. The role will suit a candidate that can operate at C-Suite level & wants to make a difference in a smaller / medium sized organisation.The role will involve:
