Lead Technical Consultant (Implementation SQL XML OOP) Industry-leading FinTech is seeking an ambitious individual with a wealth of experience in software implementation to nurture and develop key client relationships, post-selling the product through consultancy partners and re-sellers. This is a high-impact role where youll act as a critical point of contact for clients, guiding them through the implementation process whilst proactively developing and sharing best practices internally and with clients.As a Lead Technical Consultant youll be involved across project delivery where youll manage provision for training and end user support during and after the implementation, as well as managing relationships with the 3rd party re-seller (typically large technology consultancies). *Please note: this company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures.
