If youre passionate about working on exciting technical challenges with cutting-edge tech, this is an excellent opportunity for you as theyve combined specialist industry expertise with leading-edge software to create the largest ever collaborative staffbank. Theyve already filled over 170,000 shifts. Experience required as a Lead Software Developer:

  • Team leadership responsibilities including 1-to-1s, career map planning, technical leadership, code reviews
  • Working in a product-focused start-up environment
  • Over 7 years commercial experience working in software development using JVM languages
  • You do not need to have worked with Kotlin previously, but must be open and happy to work with it.
  • Desired: frontend experience (React)
