With their focus on innovation and technological advancement, they are now seeking a highly skilled Lead Site Reliability Engineer to join their dynamicIT department and contribute to their continued success.Role & Responsibilities:* Lead the implementation and oversight of site reliability engineering practices across the organisation* Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of the companys applications and systems* Design and develop automation tools and frameworks for continuous deployment and monitoring* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability, performance, and stability* Engage with development and operations teams to architect and implement DevOps strategies* Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations* Mentor and guide 3 members of the SRE team, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharingKey Skills:* Managing deployments of new infrastructure aligning with overall IT strategy and integration requirements.* Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices.* Proficiency in cloud technologies and infrastructure (Azure)* Expertise in Infrastructure as code tools (IAC) such as terraform or Ansible.* Proficiency with Powershell or Python.* Experience in supporting CI/CD pipelines within Azure devops.* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment
