This is a brilliant career opportunity carrying strong rewards.Purpose of the Lead Product Manager - Investments :Customer Insight:· Identifying the customer need and how it satisfies the wider business objectives and goals· Generates actionable insights from data and uses to inform product decisions and communicate progress· Articulates what success looks like for a product and continually monitor and optimize the propositionExecution:· Develops the product roadmap in a way that balances business and customer impact· Drives requirements gathering and clearly and consistently defines complex product functionality· Provide input into go to market plans and product marketing campaigns· Track the right metrics and execute campaigns with Marketing to increase product adoption and utilizationProduct Strategy & Commerciality:· Setting OKRs for their product that maximise impact by influencing & aligning with goals· Develop financial strategies and product positioning to drive adoption, revenue, cost reduction and overall profitability of the product· Work with the growth and marketing teams to operationalise market strategy and plans for the growth strategy for customer facing products and features to drive increased product uptake and wallet share.Leadership:· Develops the vision for their product· Collaborate with teams across the business to bring the product strategy to fruition· Ensures key stakeholders are up-to-speed on progress & upcoming key decisions· Managing and developing junior members of the Product teamSkills & Experience required for the Lead Product Manager - Investments :· 5+ years of Product Management experience· Experience of managing other Product Managers· Experience in start-up / fintech product teams is preferred· Exposure to banking and professional services is preferred· Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams to meet strategic objectives is important· Data literate and experience using analytics to drive workFor more information about the Lead Product Manager - Investments role or to apply send your CV now.
