Job Description

A brilliant 6-month contract opportunity for a Lead Data Scientist to join a leading global Energy firm in Central London.The CompanyThe award-winning Energy firm work with the latest cutting edge technologies and produce renewable assets to their clients across Europe.Lead Data Scientist Responsibilities

  • Support the technical lead in building and testing data pipelines.
  • Leveraging data for visualisations and analytics
  • Communicate technical aspects of the project to non-technical teams.
  • Designing and developing distributed applications such as liner solvers and modelling
  • Provide SME input on technology and systems.
  • Communicate data and insights.
  • Engage with wider stakeholders.
    • Lead Data Science Experience:
  • Azure (Blobstorage, Cosmo DB)
  • Python: Numpy, SciPy, Sickt-Learn or Keras or Tensorflow
  • Experience working with time series data
  • PowerBI
  • Familiarity with storage quality practices
  • MSc or PhD in statistical subject
  • Power Trading/Energy Trading experience essential
