Job Description

Job; Lead Conversion Optimisation Strategist - Remote (UK)This multi-award-winning company makes high volume transactional ecommerce websites more money by improving their customers buying experience. They combine Machine Learning, Biometrics, Psychology and Data to create the best possible buying experience forcustomers. Their work is pioneering, and they work with some of the UKs biggest eCommerce brands. Using Data, Machine Learning and Psychology they improve the customer buying experiences for some of the UKs biggest ecommerce brands.They are looking for a Conversion Optimisation Strategist to lead CRO/eCommerce strategies for their largest clients.This is a full time remote/home working position.The Role:

  • Leading various optimisation programs (including experimentation) for clients,
  • Working with clients, helping them achieve their strategic digital goals,
Required:
  • Experience in conducting research (Qualitative and Quantitative) and moderating usability testing,
  • Experience in applying psychological principles to experiments,
  • Experience using testing and personalisation platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of web analytics (e.g.: Google Analytics)
