Job Description

Job Title - Concierge Receptionist SupervisorReports to - Workplace Operations LeadJob Location - Central LondonHours - 37.5 working hours per week, Monday to Friday with various shift patterns between 08:00- 18:00 as requiredProfile:As part of our Business Concierge team, you will work collaboratively with our clients employees to deliver the future of an agile, connected, and high performing workplace. You will be responsible for ensuring a first-class employee experience offeringseamless access to a range of Paragon services. The Concierge receptionist will be supporting our clients employees to improve their day to day working experience.The person:

  • Experience working within a Multi-floor Corporate Business Environment. E.g Financial Services, Corporate Head Office etc.
  • Speaking with C suite level Employees and Visitors.
  • Working with a switchboard
  • Managing a small Team - 2-3 People
  • Covering all aspects of a large Company - Meet and greet, Room booking, Deliveries in and out, Working with other departments (Mailroom, Events etc)y
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Organising shift Rotas and holiday management
  • Reconciling Monthly invoices/KPIs
Skills and Competencies: Previous experience in corporate business concierge/ reception/ front of house/ roles is essential Ability to always maintain a positive attitude and professional tone True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact with employees and visitors effectively with tact and diplomacy Decision-making skills and ability to make good judgement to answer questions Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle situations with sensitivity and tact Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills Proactive approach to work with an eye for detail Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Organisational skills and a methodical approach to dealing with the varied needs of the employees Ability to learn quickly and follow core processes
