Job Title - Lead ArchitectLocation - PuneRole DescriptionIT (Information Technology) Architects are responsible for a significant segment of the banks architecture and ensuring it supports overall bank strategy; designing and overseeing the construction of complex IT systems and infrastructure, aligning technologysolutions with business goals and requirements. Work includes: analysing an organizations needs, evaluating existing systems, and designing comprehensive solutions that meet functional and technical specifications using a deep understanding of one or morevarious technology domains, such as infrastructure architecture, application development, data platforms, cloud computing, security with the appropriate business domain knowledge. They collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers,and developers, to gather requirements and translate them into architectural designs; considering factors like scalability, performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness when creating blueprints for IT systems. They define architecture principlesto guide solution design, develop the target technology estate to support the organizations business strategies, develop roadmaps to enable transition to the target estate, govern the transition and provide guidance and support throughout the implementationprocess, ensuring that solutions are built according to architecture principles and align to the roadmaps and organizations target architecture. They often act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping to communicate technicalconcepts in a clear and understandable manner. Your key responsibilities

• Design and develop and assist software development and specification.
• Work closely with engineering and other professionals to choose compatible design solutions
• Provide advice to various project design, project costs, and expected benefit
• Putting standard and specification for the design ans template for future implementation
• Analyze the scope and expected organizational impact of information systems
• Develop distributed system architecture and system integration
• Prepare the budget for the design and execution of IT solutions
• Evaluate existing systems and provide advice on how to meet organizational requirements
• Ensure that information systems are secure from threat
• Identify and address security threats
• Ensure that the technical components of the project are in sync with the business needs of the organization
• May be involved in the recruitment and training of new IT professionals

Your skills and experience

• Proficient in Java, J2EE related technology
• Good understanding of messaging like Kafka, Pub/Sub
• Sound knowledge on Big Data, Spark and related stack
• Domain driven design and test driven design understanding
• Working in agile environment and collaborative behavior
• CI/CD and secure code management
