Lead Angular Developer - FintechIf youre Lead Front End Developer looking to make big impact at a Fintech with a twist - one making real positive change to peoples lives - this could be ideal.The business has had a brilliant start with multiple starter awards, are one of the Top Tech Tracks top 50 growing companies, and have 1.5 million users signed up to the platform in pretty short time.The role will be leading a team of five Front End Engineers, including mentoring, technical leadership etc. Some of the more heavier management duties around career progression as example will fall to the VP of Engineering - were keen to keep a strong technicalelement to the role. We envisage it will be c70-75% hands-on. Youll be create and lead the technical strategy for the front end of the platform.Its a great stack with a recent move to Angular 11, RxJS, TypeScript, touching on some Node/REST API back end work.Youll be the Angular authority for the business and will join the Senior Technical Leadership team - made up of Heads of Data, Back End, DevOps etc. Here youll enjoy significant impact - contributing to the design and shape of products from a front endperspective moving forward.Theres an extensive roadmap of new features and functionality we can talk you through if interested. With expansion in the US as well as the UK, youll get to tackle some serious technical challenges around internationalisation and scale at pace.
