Kitchen Sales Designers Wanted In North West London For Market Leading Brand£25,000 - £30,000 basic + Monthly Bonus (Approx £500+ per month and up to £8,000 per annum) + Benefits + Other IncentivesHours: 44 per week (Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm / Saturday 8am - 12pm / Closed Sundays)Locations: Willesden, Harlesden, Staples Corner, Park Royal, Acton, Kentish Town, King Cross, HighburyThis is a fantastic opportunity for a kitchen sales designer to join a business who was voted in the top 25 best companies to work for!My client is also currently the leading trade Kitchen company in the UK and following another set of incredible results, they are now entering into another exciting period of growth which means there is an exciting opportunity for another talented kitchen sales designer to join their business to help meet increased demand.With over 500 depots, a new support centre and a distribution centre run by the best in the business, the depot teams provide quality products fast and with confidence to customers on the same day. Not only does this set them apart but it has helped the depot teams become the foundation of their success.Finding the right person is so important therefore, we are looking for someone who can have a laugh with our fun and friendly team but can also focus on the job at hand by building relationships with customers in the local area and share your passion for design and outstanding service to convert leads into sales.A friendly and professional manner is needed when it comes to welcoming customers into the depot and at their homes. Your ability to listen and understand the customers’ needs is essential as it will result in you offering advice and product recommendations to design and measure their dream kitchen. Your enthusiasm and skills will close the sale and complete the project and, last but not least, your attention to detail and willingness to succeed will ensure the customers are satisfied throughout the whole project through to completion.Your Skills & Unique AttributesYou must have previous sales experience working within a kitchen or bathroom design environment where you have nurtured your customers desire to design, furthered by your technical knowledge whilst delivering a fantastic and memorable experience for the customer.You will be organised, have excellent communication and time management skills along with the drive and ambition to succeed.
