KDB, Python, Unix, eTrading, Front Office My client are a leading investment bank based in London. We are looking for a KDB Developer to join a front office trading team directly supporting quants and traders. The initial 6-month engagement will focus primarily on building and deploying developmentenvironments/ frameworks that will allow analysis of real-time market data.This is an initial 6-month engagement via umbrella with further extensions highly likely. Only candidates able to work in the UK without visa sponsorship will be considered. The role will be 3 days per week onsite in LondonRequired skills:- 3+ years experience specifically as a KDB+ Developer (we are open to mid-level or senior candidates)- Unix- Knowledge of API design- Good understanding of large datasetsNice to have:- Prior financial services experiences, particularly within electronic trading (eTrading)- Knowledge of either C#, Python or JavaMcGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
