Primary assistance in the preparation of the VAT returns in line with the HMRC Making Tax Digital requirements; secondary assistance in the preparation of the UK Corporate Tax returns. Assistance in the preparation of corporateand indirect tax returns in any other locations where compliance is managed in-house. Assistance with the international outsourced direct and indirect tax compliance relationship with our third-party service provider across EMEA. Assisting with the preparationof tax notes for the annual statutory accounts including liaising with external advisors and auditors. Preparation of tax payments and working with others to ensure timely payment processes are in place. Providing support to an international tax manager tocollate, analyse and distribute the data required for direct and indirect tax returns. Assistance in the quarterly reporting process, as required. Supporting the tax team to meet international operational tax requirements e.g. FATCA, withholding tax treatyclearances, residence certificates. Supporting the tax team throughout the transition in general ledger software including reconciliation of tax accounts and some profit and loss analysis. Willingness to learn new skills. Strong personal organizational skillswith attention to detail, quality and control. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Conscientious, self-motivated and goal orientated. Great team player. Abilityto develop new skills and understand new technology as required Skilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc). Experience in using OneSource Corporate Tax and/or OneSource Tax Provision software an advantage but not essential.Experience using Workday an advantage but not essential.
