Job Description

Junior Sustainability ConsultantRef:BM024My client is a design consultancy who provide their expert services across sustainability, acoustics and building services to ensure the highest quality-built environment. My client is Looking to recruit a Junior Sustainability Consultant to join their teamin London.Junior Sustainability Consultants will be responsible for carrying out environmental assessments such as BREEAM, whilst helping with Whole Life Cycle Carbon Assessments and sustainability statements for planning applications. Consultants will aid with sustainabilitystrategies, as well as providing advice to clients for wider sustainability and ESG targets.It is essential for Junior Sustainability Consultant:

  • BSc or MSc in Sustainability, energy, or another relevant degree.
  • Relevant experience in environmental assessments such as BREEAM, WELL, and Fitwel
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organisation skills.
It would be desirable if Consultants have:
  • BREEAM qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, energy codes and planning requirements.
