An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join the team at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill - Mayfair part of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is an all-day dining restaurant in London. As a Junior Sous Chef you will:
  • Manage a section ensuring effective and timely execution of all dishes from the section ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the effective day to day management of the kitchen
  • Develop the more junior members of the brigade, taking pride in passing on knowledge and effectively supervising the chefs
The successful candidate will:
  • Have previous experience working in a similar role within high quality restaurant
  • Be passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food
  • A passion for food with a desire to learn and work hard
  • Is keen to progress their career
  • Is keen to take some management responsibility within the kitchen
  • Has the ability to work effectively as part of a team
