Job Description

Junior Project Manager About the roleOur PMO Services team, which is part of our fast growing PwC Operate business in Belfast, wants to hear from you. You will be joining this team at an exciting time of significant growth and will have the opportunity to see the team and its offerings continue to develop.We are particularly keen to attract people with project coordination/PMO experience across sectors such as Financial services, Technology, IT, Construction and Manufacturing. Who are we looking forYou will have previous PMO or junior project management experience, or have a set of related transferable skillsAbility to apply a logical, solution based and analytical approach to work.You will have a track record of engaging with stakeholders and developing those relationships.You will have the ability to engage not just on the how, but also on the why with the courage to challenge.Excellent project planning skills and experience of using project management and planning tools such as MS-Project.Good knowledge of the MS Office and/or Google Workspace (formally GSuite), and able to demonstrate a high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.If you have a professional qualification such as PRINCE2, APMP, PMP, Agile, Scrum, this is great but not essential. More about the roleYou will be supporting the execution of transformation and change projects for our clients, who are across a wide range of sectors. Working directly with our internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure effective project delivery.Development and maintenance of project plans.Preparation of project reports including status reports, RAID logs and project dashboards, tracking and analysis of budgetary information across the full project portfolio.Production of presentations and excel based Management Information (MI) for senior management/stakeholders.Identifying risks, issues and dependencies and acting accordingly.
