Job Description

Do you have a passion for Transformation, Change & Digitalisation Join Macquaries Commodity Operations Change team in London as an analyst where youll play a key role in a range of exciting opportunities which will strategically evolve Commodity Operationssystems, services and control processes. In this role, youll collaborate closely with various stakeholders across Commodity Operations, Technology and the Commodity Business. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • the ability to interpret, synthesise and clearly articulate information

Responsibilities will include business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and human-centred design, including:
  • gathering data to analyse root cause and generate insights into opportunities
  • partnering closely with stakeholders to fully understand current state, design ideal future state and assist delivering plans for transformational change
  • Communicating delivery updates and ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed on project developments
Experience within Financial Services (especially Commodity Operations) would be valuable, although this is not a mandatory requirement.
