If you burst with ideas, have the ability to make them real and develop digital products our customers love we should get in touch!At E.ON Next our digital team drives the development of our online and mobile presence. As Product Ownerin our digital team you have direct responsibility for ensuring successful execution and prioritisation of the respective roadmap. You will be responsible for working with subject matter experts and product teams to determine which features will be in a product pipeline. You will shape the user stories and ensure with your delivery that the development team can push ahead at pace.As the liaison between the development team and the business functions, you will collaborate closely with both groups to ensure there is a clear understanding of requirements and features needed in the product delivery pipeline. Based on your firm understanding of the business, industry regulations and the varying needs of different end users you can take balanced decisions on the fly and ensure delivery objectives are met. If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you!Profile description:Are you the person for the jobWe know what’s important to us at E.ON Next, we’re looking for the brightest and best to join our awesome Digital team and create the right culture to be the best.•Relevant experience of working directly with software engineers•Experience of as a product owner•Good knowledge and experience of web, mobile web and mobile applications and understanding of how customers interact digitally•Hands-on experience with agile delivery methodologies and experience working in a scrum delivery team•Experience in gathering inputs from end-users, SMEs, stakeholders, the business and technology teams •Ability to prioritise, solve problems and work off own initiate to manage challenges in sprint•Industry knowledge with appreciation for the role compliance plays in energy•Self-starting, self-organising and able to adapt to always being ahead of the delivery time while at the same time supporting in sprint •Excellent attention to detail and able to consider end to end customer journeys•Strong relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities•Excellent reporting, problem solving and analytical skills
