Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Data input into various systems, BiSam BOne, Coric, Factset PA3, Databases.
  • Data extraction and review.
  • Reconciliation of custodian returns.
  • Production cycle for investment performance and risk data for regular monthly/quarterly reporting, used both internally and externally.
  • Responding to ad hoc queries from internal departments such as Client Service, Client Operations and the Investment Division.
  • Production of composites.
  • Involved in Annual GIPS verification data collection.
  • Validation of underlying calculation methodologies of investment performance and risk data to meet industry standards.
Background & Experience
  • Ideally you will have gained 1-3 years of operational experience from within an asset manager or custodian.
  • Have the desire to build your career within Performance and be prepared to study towards the CIPM exams.
  • Performance: Factset, BiSam B1, or equivalent performance systems.
  • Operations experience: SimCorp Dimension, settlements, cash/stock reconciliations.
  • Understanding Data flows.
  • Sound system skills incorporating Microsoft: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal will be apparent.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and use initiative.
