Job Description

Handle are proud to partner with a renowned, leading PR & Communications Agency, who are keen to appoint a Junior PA to support the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Legal.This role will be best suited to a highly skilled administrator/ team assistant, keen to progress their career- moving into the role of a PA.Based within a vibrant, forward thinking creative agency in the heart of Soho, 3-4 times each week, with some flexibility to remotely 1-2 days per week.You will be assisting the Executives with their busy schedules and making their lives a little less hectic! The role will be incredibly varied and includes (but is not limited to) diary management, travel coordination, events management and other ad hocadministrative tasks. No two days will be the same!Were looking for someone with an eye for detail, who can think on their feet, work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.Responsibilities:

  • Complete diary management for all the Directors, ensuring no double-bookings occur and sufficient time is given to prepare and attend meetings.
  • Book and prepare internal meeting rooms where necessary.
  • Organise and manage international travel arrangements. Ensure all stages of the travel journey and documentation has been thought through and accounted for.
  • Act as key point of contact for external clients and internal colleagues.
  • Basic accounts, payments, POs, finance admin.
Experience
  • Experience in working within a fast-paced support role as a junior PA/ PA/ Team Assistant
  • Experience in supporting multiple senior management and/or high-profile individuals.
  • Knowledge or experience of working with Xero Software, Paprika & Salesforce is desirable but not a necessity

  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be a trusted support to your Directors handling all confidential information with discretion
  • Must be PC/MAC literate and able to use Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
