Job Description

Description Assisting with all aspects of M&A process from start to finish. Evaluating new business opportunities including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships and/or joint ventures. Assisting in the preparation of all marketing materials and presentations. Reviewing investment performance against business plans and strategic objectives. Research and (data-driven) analysis in order to prepare presentations on M&A and general strategy. Assisting in the management of existing investments including the preparation of operating reviews for the management team. Assisting with carrying out due diligence reports for the operational, financial and legal risk assessment of a company. Applying valuation models to determine an accurate purchase price and valuation of a company. Assisting in the financial modelling of a company by projecting its financial performance and undertaking risk-benefit analysis. Assisting in the execution of deals. Preparing detailed internal investment proposals and board presentations. Skills Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields of study. Prior experience of M&A (within gaming and technology sectors is desirable). 1-3 years related analyst experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise and adhere to strict deadlines. Excellent analytical, modelling and Excel skills. To apply for this role, please use the Apply button.
