An award winning professional services company in Southbank are looking for driven is looking for a driven IT support professional.The successful candidate will provide user facing and remote support to circa 350 employees in a 1st/2nd line capacity. You will play a key role in the maintenance, ongoing support and enhancement of the organisations IT department. You must be hands-on, proactive and a natural problem solver.Working within a technologically advanced IT department, you will support desktop and cloud based applications. You will have excellent communication skills and have experience working in a similar capacity, supporting users with 1 st and 2 nd line issues.
