Ignata Finance are exclusively working with an exciting and forward-thinking business based in London for the recruitment of a newly created Finance Analyst. This is a role where you will be given an opportunity to support the Financial Controller andreally hone your skills.This position will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and the Chief Financial Officer. Within this role youll be expexted to manage budgeting and forecasting process as well as producing timley and detailed managment information for the managementteams of portfolio businesses. This role also provided successful candidates the opportunity to be involved with other elemenets such as the investment cycle. Due to the nature of the role, you will ideally have the following:* You will be a part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)* You will be immaculately presented, an exceptional communicator with good presentation skills and an excellent command of the English language* You will be comfortable handling data, analyzing it, and presenting and interpreting it clearly and concisely for financial and non-financial stakeholders* You will have at least 3 years UK-based experience working in industry, either directly or in an advisory capacity* You will be an experienced and capable user of MS Office* You will have a good degree from a leading university* You will be a willing team player* You will be ambitious and career driven* You will be able to work in the UKKey Responsibilities:* Reporting directly to the Financial Controller* Work closely with the senior finance team and senior management to deliver and manage all data reporting functions of the business* Create and maintain scorecard metrics for each portfolio business to identify and exploit inefficiencies and opportunities* Play an active part in the preparation and review of month end board packs for portfolio businesses* Support the budget and reforecast process for the portfolio* Support the management teams of our existing portfolio to add value to their operational and strategic frameworks.* Review month end gross profit position to ensure accurately stated within the group.The culture of this business is one of diversity & inclusiveness.
