Fluent in German and English, you will be a key communicator, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues to uphold ourclients commitment to excellence.Responsibilities:

  • Communicate proficiently in German and English with customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions.
  • Offer detailed information about products or services, guiding customers through the purchasing process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Must have right to work in the UK (British Citizenship/ Presettled status)
