Job Description

Our client, a bespoke tailoring company, is looking to expand their team!This is a unique opportunity for someone to come in and be part of a wonderful team who work with HNWI.ROLE: Junior Customer Service DirectorWHERE: City of LondonWHEN: Monday - Friday / 09:30 - 18:00 / Occasional WFH and flexible working SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum + commissionJob OutlineClient Services:

  • Meet and greet visitors, clients and guests by providing a five-star welcome
  • Assist clients and guests with queries in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner
  • Provide and offer refreshments to all guests and clients
  • Answer phone in a timely manner and help with any questions or queries
  • Create appointments for clients and book them in on company systems
  • Follow up with all orders to ensure clients are happy with their product
  • Up sell on products
Administration:
  • Continuously monitor and organises all stock and supplies
  • Help to unbox all deliveries and arrange stock room accordingly
  • Organising the stockroom or warehouse, ensuring the accurate labelling, placement, arrangement and cleanliness of goods
  • Update all client accounts effectively
  • Call clients and make sure details are all correct
Whats needed:
  • A confident individual who is not afraid to offer their help
  • Proactive is a must - someone who thinks on their feet
  • Pleasant manner - someone who can speak with clients confidently
  • Someone who has an interest in tailoring and/or fashion
  • Great attention to detail and a true team player
  • Previous fashion experience is preferable, but not essential
