Job Description

Junior Customer Experience Analyst Tasks:

  • Design new analysis frameworks which meet customer requirements
  • Assess customer journeys and run competitor analysis
  • Document processes by flowcharts
  • Prepare business case and run simulations
  • Analyse large sums of data and extract insights
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations
  • Prepare effective presentations and present key findings

Qualifications:
  • Degree educated (minimum 2:1) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or Data Science
  • Initial work experience with background in Customer experience analysis, Competitor analysis, Process analysis
  • Able to interpret customer requirements and convert to an analysis framework
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience pillars and best practices
  • Data analysis and insights extraction
  • Experience with and/or demonstrable knowledge of process modelling techniques (e.g., flowcharts, UML diagram, swimlane diagrams) and tools (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart, Mural, etc)
  • Able to prepare effective presentations
  • Deep knowledge of Power Point and Excel
  • Experience of leading meetings and workshops with Clients
