Junior Cross Asset Structurer - Investment BankingAn Award Winning Investment Bank based in the City of London have a requirement for a Junior Cross Asset Structurer. This is a Permanent Role paying between £52k – £67k + BenefitsKey ResponsibilitiesThe Structuring & Product Development team is organised regionally with the following mandate:o Day-to-day pricing services, training and marketing to Sales network of investment products and hedging solutions across asset classes: Rates FX / Precious Metals Credit Cross-Assets (formerly known as “hybrids”) “Alternative Solutions” e.g. risk transfer solutions, Proprietary Indices, Green…o Foster cooperation and ensures a smooth execution process between trading and saleso Design and develop new products, tools, materials responding to clients’ needs and sales feedback and coordinate the internal development process (NAP, NAC, CSTC…)o Local implementation or development of appropriate / tailor made “packaging” and “financing solutions” (EMTN, fund, loan, repack, flexi-loan, liquidity / risk transfer solutions ) with a strong transactional motivationKey Internal Contacts Global Cross-Asset Structuring Traders Legal Compliance Commercial division / Sales Business ManagersKey External Contacts Regulators Vendors of tools Law firms CompetitorsExperience Required.Experience with secured funding, structured products and derivatives across asset classes (FX, rates, credit, equities)Skills & Knowledgeo Experience in financial engineering/ structuring and new product development.• IT literate• Mathematically minded• Knowledge of derivatives and structured products• Ability to review, analyse and synthetize large amount of legal and regulatory texts• Ability to articulate complex matters and persuade decision makers• High ethical and professional standards• Fluent French Speaking highly desirableSystems capabilitiesInternalOutlook, Office (Word, Excel), Pricing and Analysis toolsExternalBloombergIf you are a Junior Cross Asset Structurer looking for your next challenge, please do apply
