Job Description

Immediate start on an initial 6 month FTC for Junior Credit Controller in a forward thinking City based firms Accounts Receivable team. This role is hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home). Working as part of a friendly accounts receivable team, youllbe supporting the Credit Control Supervisor with days to day credit management and collection.This Junior Credit Controller needs someone with at least 6 months accounts receivable / credit control experience, who will pick up the phone and speak to colleagues and clients. Youll have bags of common sense, a good eye for detail, and be capable ofchasing up paymentsJunior Credit Controller

  • Chasing debtors
  • Liaising with departmental managers on unpaid invoices
  • Investigate unpaid invoices and unmatched payments
  • Producing statement runs
  • Post cash into Microsoft GP Dynamics on
  • Create Aged Debts for all companies on a weekly basis
  • Monitor unmatched cash, liaise with treasury, identify the payment and post
  • Contact clients by telephone, e-mail, letters to support cash identification
  • Manage the credit control email inbox and respond to queries
  • Create payments to refund clients when required
  • Assist the legal team with any queries relating to debt passed to them for collection
  • Assist the Credit Controllers with cash collection duties
